For five years, Ben led property and development for a major national retailer, managing nationwide operations and overseeing the development, acquisition, and management of sites across the country.

Ben’s specialisation encompasses retail and investment properties, with a strong emphasis on high-profile main road and fast-food sites, fuel and convenience properties, development sites, and shopping centres. His background in franchising offers a unique perspective on the site acquisition strategies of retailers and developers. Ben has also executed numerous development functions, such as feasibility studies, design and construction packaging, and development management.
